• ​A booking is confirmed once the agreed deposit/retainer is paid and the date is accepted in writing

(including by email or message).

• By confirming the booking and/or paying the deposit, the Client agrees to the full Terms & Conditions issued

with the estimate/booking email.

​

• Half-day (up to 4 hours) and full-day (up to 8 hours) rates are available.

Additional time may be charged at £60/hour (subject to availability).

​

• The Client is responsible for access, readiness and permissions. An authorised representative must be present during

the shoot to confirm the agreed direction; if not present, the Photographer’s interpretation is deemed accepted.

​

• Typical delivery is 7–15 days, depending on the scope. Images are delivered digitally. Standard retouching includes

cropping, straightening, colour correction and spotting. Additional retouching is quoted separately.

​

• Travel: London shoots within one hour of NW1 are included. Beyond this, travel time is £25/hour plus travel costs

(public transport or occasional taxi cab).

​

• Licensing: the Client receives a perpetual Standard Promotional Use licence for one business (website, organic social,

portfolio and PR). Use by third parties requires a separate licence (either included at booking or licensed per image).

Paid advertising/packaging and other expanded commercial uses are quoted separately.

• Credit is required wherever technically possible:
