How to prep your property
for a photoshoot with us
Our goal is to take the best possible photos of your property.
The better the photos look, the more enquiries you will receive.
We can help with making those “not so obvious decisions” but the list below can get you started.
You can tick off as you go.
IT’S ALWAYS BETTER TO:

Declutter and free the floor space
-
Get everything clean and sparkling
-
Open blinds fully and straighten the curtains

Make sure all the bulbs are working, lights on!
OUTDOORS AREAS:

Hide skips, rubbish, wheels bins, hoses, toys, tools and bikes

Remove estate agents boards
-
Remove cars
-
Clean any outdoor furniture and arrange nicely
-
Mow grass and trim the hedges or trees
KITCHEN:
-
Clean worktops of any non-essential items
-
Remove washing up liquids, soaps, sponges, tea towels, plugs
-
Remove fridge magnets
-
Remove rubbish bins, pet food bowls
-
Add a bowl of fresh fruit or flowers to bring in more colour and sense of freshness
LIVING ROOM:

Clear all children’s toys
-
Clean coffee table of excess items, straighten the books
-
Clean fireplace (light it if possible)
-
Straighten the blankets, plump cushions
BEDROOM:

Remove all clothes and laundry
-
Make sure the bed looks tidy; use clean, ironed linen
-
Make sure you can’t see anything under the bed
BATHROOM:

Clear toothbrushes, soaps, razors, bottles, rubber ducks

Remove bathmats and laundry baskets
-
Close the toilet lid, remove toilet brush and spare toilet rolls
